A Natural, Gentle Product to Keep in You Pet First Aid Kit that Might be Useful Now

I ordered this to keep in our pet first-aid kit and be ready for certain emergencies. After reading more information, I realized I can use it now on my elderly dog, as she’s been having some skin irritations. She was starting to lose hair. I’ve used a product that seems to be helping, but I will start using this Wound Wash Spray to see how she reacts to it and whether it helps her skin. The information I’ve found and the reviews of the product have been positive. Among other things, they report that this product is gentle, that pets are OK with it, that if they lick it, it won’t hurt them, and that it was developed by a veterinarian for home use. It’s made in the USA in an FDA-registered facility. If my pets have a negative reaction, I will add to this review.

Handy Addition to a Pet First Aid Kit

This wound wash is convenient to keep around for minor cuts, scrapes, irritated paws, and basic skin cleansing. The spray bottle makes it easy to apply without having to touch a sensitive area too much, and the 3-ounce size is compact enough for a pet first aid kit or travel bag. I also like that it uses a hypochlorous acid formula and is suitable for both dogs and cats.

Handy addition to the pet first aid kit

This is a convenient product to keep around for cleaning minor cuts, scrapes, paws, and irritated areas. The spray bottle also makes application much easier than trying to pour something onto a squirming pet.

First Aid Spray for Pets

This wound care spray has good instructions about proper use. From the pictures on the box it shows it can be used on a variety of animals: cats, dogs, birds, and rabbits. The ingredients are clearly labeled. Fortunately it states that the wound wash is safe to be licked in small amounts by your pet. Also good is that it is Non-stinging. I have, thankfully, not had to use the wash yet as none of my cats are injured. If that happens, I will certainly try this product.

Great for things like minor cuts, heat rash, etc. and cat doesn't mind it (too much LOL)

Ordered this for our female kitty who is a holy terror and a pain to medicate for anything...she had a little heat rash in her belly and she was rubbing/licking it raw, so this was intended to clear it up.It worked wonderfully and definitely made that clear fairly quickly - a few days of applying it as directed did the trick. She wasn't a huge fan, but she also didn't hate it as much as other things we tried, so that is a testimonial in and of itself LOL. It's easy to spray on, it doesn't have an unpleasant odor etc and it works effectively for skin issues. It's a fair price as well - most items of this type are around this same ($20 or so) price, and it's definitely cheaper than a vet visit for a minor thing like this, so...it's win-win.We are keeping it on hand just in case, but we are really glad we treated our kitty with this - her belly looks much better and she's definitely happier. I don't know if she's holding a grudge about it, but time will tell LOL. Highly recommend!!
