Return Policy
At Pet Vet Products, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible. Please review the following guidelines for returning items:
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Receipt: Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@petvetproduct.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pet Vet Products is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss the details. Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the cost of return shipping.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an error occurred on our part.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
International Returns
For international returns, please contact our Customer Service team for specific instructions. Return shipping costs and procedures may vary for international orders.
