Shipping Policy

We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and the shipping method selected.

Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high volume.

Shipping Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided directly by the carrier. These delivery windows are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a defective product.

For qualifying orders, free shipping may be available and will appear automatically at checkout when applicable.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at customerservice@petvetproduct.com so we can assist with a replacement or help file a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
