In a world filled with profit over customer, it’s refreshing to find a needle in a haystack like Pet Vet Product! We ordered the 64 oz travel water bottle with removable bowls and immediately implemented it to our daily lives.
With the unfortunate fact of being human, we were roadtripping from New Orleans when I realized I forgot the bowls! Reaching out to the customer service team immediately understood I didn’t want to repurchase the bottle but buy the bowls separately. They helped me out without a single second of hesitation and received the bowls in a weeks time.
Our dogs appreciate the cool water on a hot day - they each get their own bowl, both conveniently attached to the bottom of the double wall insulated thermos that carries more than enough water for them during our travels! High quality for a very reasonable price!
